Officer Jared J. Forsyth, a 33-year-old white male, tragically passed away on April 6, 2015, in Ocala, Florida. Jared Forsyth was an officer with the Ocala Police Department and was participating in a firearms training exercise at the Lowell Correctional Institution's firing range when the incident occurred.
