Roy Lee Simmons, aged 61, passed away on June 12, 2015, in Tallahassee, Florida. His death was the result of a tragic shooting incident that occurred early in the morning. At approximately 4:30 a.m., neighbors reported hearing gunshots near the intersection of Old Bainbridge Road and Fourth Avenue.
