Freddie Lee Cason Sr., aged 89, passed away on June 17, 2015, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His death was the result of a tragic incident that occurred in his home, where he had lived for over 40 years. On the morning of June 17, 2015, Fort Walton Beach police responded to a report of a man barricaded inside a home on Hollywood Boulevard.
