Randy Campbell, a 58-year-old resident of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was tragically found shot to death in a parking lot on Cape Drive NW on June 11, 2015. The incident is believed to have occurred just before midnight. Randy, a self-employed subcontractor roofer, was well-known in his community for his dedication to his work and his fair business practices.
