DelShonna Billy, a 22-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost her life on July 24, 2015. She was a victim of a drive-by shooting that also claimed the life of 20-year-old Tyrell Alexander. The incident occurred in the 800 block of 19th Street, near Division Avenue, during a particularly violent week in West Palm Beach. This double homicide was one of several shootings in the area that week, contributing to a surge in violent crime in the city.
