Joseph Bailey III, aged 44, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2015, in Port Orange, Florida, as a result of a road rage incident. On that fateful day, Bailey was driving his pickup truck when he was rear-ended by a van driven by Robert Gelles, a 63-year-old locksmith from Holly Hill. The collision occurred at the intersection of South Ridgewood and Dunlawton avenues. Witnesses reported that both vehicles appeared to be racing or engaged in a heated confrontation prior to the crash.
