Lawarence Pipkin Jr., a 36-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of December 31, 2015, at the Village Park Apartments in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred shortly before 8:30 a.m., when Pipkin was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside a building in the Rosemont neighborhood.
