Florence Randall, a 31-year-old woman from Bradenton, FL, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2016. The incident occurred in a public housing complex located at 5723 11th St. E. Florence Randall, along with her boyfriend, Demetrius Robinson, 37, were found dead in their home early that morning.
