In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of a young Black/African American man, Timothy Robinson-Webb, was tragically cut short. On August 20, 2017, the 22-year-old male became the victim of a fatal shooting that unfolded on the city's south side.
