Norris Daquan Adams Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2016, in Ocoee, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when a large group of people had gathered in a parking lot shared by a McDonald's and a Walgreens at the intersection of Ocoee Apopka and West roads.
