Gallegos is described as a Caucasian woman, standing 5'4" tall and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She had noticeable burn scars that covered two-thirds of the inside of her left leg and was known to sometimes use the first name "Rena" or the surname "Garcia."
