On August 16, 2023, 20-year-old James Givens IV was fatally shot in Ocoee, Florida. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Montheath Circle, where police responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found James Givens suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
