Jamorris Gitt Milton, a 33-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on January 23, 2016, in Belle Glade, Florida. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Southwest Fifth Street. According to reports, Milton was involved in an altercation with Horace Gordon on the evening of his death. The confrontation escalated, leading Gordon to fatally shoot Milton. Authorities quickly identified Gordon as the suspect and arrested him on a murder charge just days after the incident.
