Jairah McCloud Raines, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2016, in Ocala, Florida. The incident occurred at Platforms nightclub on Northeast Jacksonville Road, where Raines was shot in the abdomen. Despite being rushed to Ocala Regional Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
