Darrell KiJuana Rutledge, a 20-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2016. Rutledge, affectionately known as "Hightop," was shot and killed at the Kings Ridge Apartments located in the 2100 block of West 12th Street.
