Toby Gaines Jr., a 21-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2022. He was found dead on West 5th Street in Jacksonville's Northwest side early that morning. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Gaines was discovered with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
