Hector Daniel Ferrer Alvarez, a 25-year-old resident of Deerfield Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2016, in Pompano Beach. The incident occurred at a business plaza located in the 1100 block of Northwest 15th Street, which was used as an after-hours hangout by members of the Top Gunz motorcycle club.
