Derrick Michael Dargan

In the winter of 2015, the life of a 25-year-old Black male named Derrick Dargan was cut short on the streets of Baltimore. On the afternoon of February 1st, violence erupted in the 600 block of North Ellwood Avenue, where Dargan was shot. The incident, which also resulted in injuries to a woman who was with him, would ultimately claim his life.
