John Vargas, a 29-year-old man from the Bronx, New York, was found dead on July 7, 2016, in a wooded area near the 700 block of Goodlette-Frank Road in Naples, Florida. Vargas was on vacation in Naples to celebrate his upcoming 30th birthday and to visit his sister, Connie Serbu.
