Johnathan 'Jay' Charles-Pierre, a 35-year-old resident of Lakeland, Florida, was tragically murdered on the night of July 25, 2016. The incident occurred at 940 Castle Way around 10:55 p.m. when officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Charles-Pierre outside the home with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
