Carol Ann Neely, aged 55, tragically passed away on August 29, 2016, in Largo, Florida. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and heartbreaking. On that fateful day, the Largo Police Department responded to a welfare check request at Neely's residence on Adrian Avenue.
