Master Officer Howard Ellsworth Dallies, Jr., aged 36, tragically lost his life on March 9, 1993, in Garden Grove, California. Officer Dallies was performing his duties as a police officer when he was fatally shot during a routine traffic stop. At approximately 2:45 a.m., he pulled over a motorcycle in the 10100 block of Aldgate Avenue.
