Andre Hunt, a 28-year-old barber from Baltimore, was killed on April 29, 2015, in a shooting that occurred in broad daylight outside the Cut Masters Barber Shop on Liberty Heights Avenue. Hunt, who was well-known in the community, had worked as a barber and also volunteered with the local NAACP chapter and the Boys and Girls Club, counseling troubled youth.
