Diquan Mills, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 23, 2017, in Thonotosassa, Florida. The incident occurred at a residence on Timmons Road, where Mills lived with his cousin, Darrell Gadson, a 38-year-old African American male.
