On a Monday afternoon in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 33-year-old Louis Samuel Hicks, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire. The shooting occurred around 1:30 p.m. on May 11, 2015, in the 3400 block of Clifton Avenue.
