Brandon Jamal McMorris, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was shot multiple times and subsequently dropped off at UF Health Jacksonville by two individuals who claimed to have found him at the intersection of West 13th Street and Payne Avenue.
