Thadius Edward Watson, a 29-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 7, 2017, in Pensacola, Florida. His body was discovered along the edge of Klondike Road, south of Wilde Lake Boulevard, near the Klondike Kennels. Watson had been shot multiple times, and authorities quickly determined that his death was a homicide. The Escambia County Sheriff's Office (ECSO) indicated that the shooting was likely drug-related, although they did not initially name any suspects.
