Jorge Luis Velez, a 47-year-old man, was found shot to death on March 29, 2017, in Kissimmee, Florida. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at a residence on Jessa Drive, a neighborhood near Cypress Elementary School. Velez did not reside at the location where his body was discovered.
