Ojey Meeks, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2017, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The incident occurred during a drug deal that turned into a robbery. Meeks had arranged to buy marijuana in Riviera Beach, but the situation quickly escalated when two men attempted to rob him. According to police reports, Meeks fired shots at the two men, who then returned fire, fatally striking him in the head.
