Timothy Tatum, a 21-year-old resident of Riviera Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2017, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in broad daylight on West 28th Street near Blue Heron Boulevard and Congress Avenue. Tatum and his girlfriend were getting into their car when a dark-colored Dodge Charger approached them. A man exited the vehicle and opened fire, fatally wounding Tatum.
