Lucio Velazquez-Morales, a 33-year-old resident of Lake Worth, Florida, was found dead on the morning of October 30, 2017. His body was discovered in the yard of a home located at 10th Avenue South and H Street. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office identified Velazquez-Morales as the victim of a fatal shooting.
