Doran Rashad Moore, a 35-year-old African American man, was tragically shot to death on the night of December 21, 2017, outside his home in the 3000 block of Fourth Street Circle in West Jacksonville, Florida. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported that officers were called to the scene around 9:15 p.m. and found Moore lying in his front yard, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
