Gregory Lamar Carodine, a 33-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2018. Carodine was involved in a double shooting incident at a food store on Monaco Drive near Dunn Avenue on Jacksonville's Northside. During the incident, both Carodine and a woman were shot. In an attempt to escape, Carodine tried to drive away but crashed his vehicle two blocks away from the scene. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after the crash.
