Jose Raudel Garcia, known as "El Ruso," was a 46-year-old Hispanic male who was murdered on April 20, 2018, in Hialeah, Florida. Garcia was a well-known cockfighting referee in Miami, often officiating at illegal cockfighting events held in a clandestine arena located in a lawless area near the Everglades.
