TreVon Bullard, an 18-year-old African American male from Jacksonville, FL, was tragically killed on June 5, 2018. The incident occurred when someone pulled alongside a silver Chevrolet Cruze on Town Center Parkway and opened fire. TreVon Bullard, along with Jercoby Groover, 19, and Royale D'Von Smith Jr., 18, were killed in the shooting.
