Annie Ruth Miller, a 35-year-old African American woman, was found dead on August 22, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her body was discovered on a roadway at 2126 Placeda Street, alongside the body of 58-year-old Deborah Sharon Ziegler, who was found in a nearby vehicle. Both women had been shot, and their deaths were ruled homicides by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
