Don Gregory Phillips II, a 29-year-old African American male from Vero Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2018. Phillips was described as an aspiring barber and a father of one. On the night of his death, Phillips was sitting in an SUV with a friend at a relative's home in Gifford, a neighborhood in Vero Beach.
