Paul Douglas Peterson, a 28-year-old male from Clewiston, Florida, was found dead on November 24, 2018, in Lehigh Acres, FL. Peterson, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was discovered lying in the street at the intersection of Homer Avenue South and 2nd Street SW. He was subsequently transported to Lee Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Lee County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit launched an investigation into his death, treating it as a homicide.
