Stephanie Flores, a 35-year-old woman from Pembroke Pines, FL, was found dead on January 29, 2019, inside her home. The discovery was made after police were called to the residence due to concerns that the children living there had not attended school for a week. Upon arrival, officers encountered Byron Flores, Stephanie's husband, who appeared impaired and admitted to being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
