On August 25, 2019, Olga Alvarez, aged 61, was tragically killed in a horrific incident in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The perpetrator, Pablo Colon Jr., 35, allegedly shot and killed his wife Sandra Colon, 36, his mother-in-law Olga Alvarez, and one of his 3-year-old twin daughters before turning the gun on himself. The incident occurred in the family's home, which they had rented for six months. The surviving twin daughter was found unharmed in the house.
