Andre Clarence Brazil, a 27-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2019. He was found shot in the backseat of a car on Effee Street in Jacksonville's Moncrief neighborhood. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was alerted to the shooting by ShotSpotter technology around 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers conducted a traffic stop and discovered Brazil with a gunshot wound.
