Tadarrius Plaisence Wilcox, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 21, 2019, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred at the intersection of East Eighth and Hubbard streets in the Springfield area. According to reports, Wilcox was walking in the area when he was targeted in a drive-by shooting.
