Alfred Adams, a 23-year-old former football player for Bethune-Cookman University (B-CU) and Paxon High School, was found dead in his SUV on the night of May 7, 2019, in Daytona Beach, Florida. Adams, who had recently graduated from B-CU and was enrolled in graduate school, was discovered by a passerby in the parking lot of an Ashley Furniture store.
