Felix Pito German Rivera, a 54-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 24, 2019, in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Rivera, who was affectionately known as "Pito," was fatally shot by his stepdaughter, Alyssa Marie Torres, a 29-year-old woman. The incident occurred early in the morning at the Waterleaf Townhomes and Apartments on Southeast Hillmoor Drive.
