Jake Robert Hall, a 28-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on August 15, 2019, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. near 17th Avenue North and 2nd Street North. Hall was found dead in the roadway with apparent gunshot wounds.
