Jake Robert Hall, a 28-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on August 15, 2019, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. near 17th Avenue North and 2nd Street North. Hall was found dead in the roadway with apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, the case remains unsolved, and no suspects have been identified.
