Cory Antawn Austell, a 38-year-old resident of Daytona Beach, Florida, died on February 12, 2023. The incident occurred at The Reserve at Clyde Morris Landing apartments, where Austell was found outside building 11 with a gunshot wound. The Daytona Beach Fire Department pronounced him deceased at the scene.
