Latoya Michelle Wiggins, aged 32, tragically lost her life on October 6, 2019, in Miami Beach, Florida. The incident occurred near the intersection of 10th Street and Collins Avenue, just after 2 a.m. Wiggins was fatally shot multiple times following an altercation with a man.
