Damien Wiggins Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2019. The incident occurred late at night when Damien was found by his parents in his car, suffering from a gunshot wound. His parents, who lived just a few blocks away, had been searching for him after he failed to answer his phone. They discovered him in a vacant parking lot on Haines Road, where he had been shot.
