Paul Akpan Malishan, a 15-year-old African American male from Pensacola, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Paul was found shot inside a car at the intersection of Garfield and Edison Drives. According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, Paul was one of three individuals inside a stolen vehicle at the time of the shooting.
