Michael James Hector Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Lakeland, Florida, tragically lost his life on the evening of November 26, 2019, in Plant City, Florida. The Plant City Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the vicinity of 1009 West Washington Street around 9:25 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hector lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to his chest.
